These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and making a purchase, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

• SWEAT Essentials is an online store offering fitness and wellness-related products.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. This site may contain certain historical information and we are under no obligation to update it.

2. Account Registration

• To place an order, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Products and Orders

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.
• Prices are listed in AED and are subject to VAT (5%) and may be subject to change without notice.
• By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment and shipping details.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized transactions.
• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
• We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

4. Payment and Billing

• All transactions are secure and encrypted.
• If a payment is declined, your order may not be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Our standing shipping in the UAE is 3-5 working days – 22 AED.  International shipping will be coming very soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be first to hear!
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information.
• Please note that standard delivery operates weekdays Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may take longer over Public Holidays.
• Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the above time frames. If you have any questions, please email us at info@wearesweatessentials.com.

6. Returns and Refunds

• We hope you love your new Sweat Essentials kit however we understand sometimes you will need to make a return. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. Please note that certain products cannot be returned such as an intimate or sanitary goods.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• To start a return, you can contact us at orders@wearesweatessentials.com. Please note that as a small business we cannot offer free returns so you will need to cover the cost of returning the item.
• If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the address to send the item/s and conduct a full quality inspection. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If following inspection, the item/s are deemed in acceptable returnable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If we arrange courier of your return for you, please note a 22AED charge will be deducted to cover the cost of arranging the return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Damages and issues – Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of SWEAT Essentials and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

• SWEAT Essentials is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from the use of our products.
• We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our products.

9. Third Parties

• We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
• You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
• We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
• Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Ajman Freezone.
• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ajman Freezone.
