Refunds and exchanges
We hope you love your new Sweat Essentials kit however we understand sometimes you will need to make a return. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. Please note that certain products cannot be returned such as an intimate or sanitary goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@wearesweatessentials.com. Please note that as a small business we cannot offer free returns so you will need to cover the cost of returning the item.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the address to send the item/s and conduct a full quality inspection. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If following inspection, the item/s are deemed in acceptable returnable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. If we arrange courier of your return for you, please note a 22AED charge will be deducted to cover the cost of arranging the return. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@wearesweatessentials.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
